CMC has more than 15 years experience in the cleaning services industry and its safety systems have been developed with this experience to not only meet, but exceed, industry standards and legislative requirements. We will ensure that all necessary OH&S systems are established and implemented for each contract.

 

Management Systems

 

CMC’s Management systems address service implementation and continuity, risk management, environmental management and customer relationship management. CMC has received accreditation for:

 

  • Quality Management System AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008
  • OH&S Management System AS/NZS 4801:2001
  • Environmental Management System AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004

 

We have also developed a web-based Electronic Customer Relationship Management System (ECRM).
