Harry has been involved in the cleaning industry for 15 years.

He has worked both as a cleaner and manager which has allowed him to fully understand all the operational issues involved in contract start up and implementation.

 

In his role, Harry oversees a large customer portfolio and has a network of operations and account managers reporting directly to him.

Harry’s responsibilities include; establishing, implementing and the co-ordination of quality plans for each contract; ensuring customer KPI’s and quality requirements are being met; managing resources and OH&S compliance.
